Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to be the voice of our brand. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end customer experience - answering inquiries, resolving order issues, protecting our account health, and turning negative feedback into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

Manage support chats and email channels within defined SLA targets.

Issue Resolution

Autonomously resolve order issues and issue refunds up to approved limits; escalate higher-value requests appropriately.

Reputation & Fraud Management

Respond to negative reviews to improve satisfaction and file disputes with shipping evidence against fraudulent claims.

Process & Reporting

Use and refine brand response templates, follow escalation pathways for sensitive issues, and track key CS metrics.

What We’re Looking For

Good written English with an empathetic, professional tone.

Confident decision-maker comfortable working independently within policy guidelines.

Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.

Available and reliable during US business hours.
