Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

Medinext Global LLC is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our RPO division and help us generate new business in the US market. The primary responsibility will be to generate qualified meetings through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect US-based staffing firms and companies with recruitment needs.
• Conduct high-volume cold calls and email outreach.
• Connect with decision-makers such as Owners, CEOs, Recruiting Directors, and Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Introduce Medinext's RPO and recruitment outsourcing solutions.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Handle initial objections and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Maintain lead and activity records in the CRM.
• Meet weekly/monthly lead-generation and meeting-booking targets.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B Business Development / Inside Sales / Lead Generation.
• Prior experience in RPO, staffing, recruitment, BPO, or outsourcing is strongly preferred.
• Experience selling or prospecting in the US market.
• Strong cold-calling and cold-emailing skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident communicating with business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable working US business hours.
