Store Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of

consumables, ensuring timely replenishment to meet organizational needs.

• Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure

materials, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery.

• Stock Issuance: Manage the issuance of materials to various departments,

ensuring proper documentation and adherence to procedures.

• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of stock movements, receipts, GRN

and issues using ERP / MIS systems and manual logs.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance with

specifications, reporting discrepancies as needed.

• Inventory Audits: Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with

system records to ensure accuracy.

• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all materials are stored and handled in

compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular on daily basis MIS reports on stock

levels, usage trends, and procurement activities to management.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
