Job Overview

We are looking for a smart and organized Logistics Executive to manage dispatch, stock handling, delivery coordination, and daily logistics operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft tools and Zoho platforms.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Manage dispatch and delivery execution smoothly

⁠ ⁠Prepare and maintain E-Way Bills and logistics documents

⁠ ⁠Handle stock management and inventory updates

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams

⁠ ⁠Track orders and ensure timely deliveries

⁠ ⁠Maintain records using Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory

⁠ ⁠Prepare reports in MS Excel and other Microsoft tools

⁠ ⁠Resolve delivery and dispatch-related issues efficiently

Skills Required

⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and other Microsoft tools

⁠ ⁠Experience in Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory preferred

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of E-Way Bill generation

⁠ ⁠Strong coordination and communication skills

⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of stock and dispatch management

⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
