Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

Promote and market welding consumables, welding electrodes, wires, and related products.

Visit customers, dealers, distributors, fabrication units, engineering companies, and industrial clients.

Generate new business leads and achieve sales targets.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at customer locations.

Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.

Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.

Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for smooth order execution.

Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer feedback reports.

Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events as required.

Required Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or any relevant field.

1–5 years of experience in industrial product marketing or sales.

Experience in welding consumables, steel, engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing industry preferred.

Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Willingness to travel extensively.
