Graduate Freshers can apply

2024, 2025 and 2026 graduates only

Good communication skills

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Candidates should be comfortable with an International Voice Process

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer queries through calls and chat support.

Provide timely, accurate and professional resolutions to customer concerns.

Deliver quality customer service while following process standards.

Accurately document customer interactions in the system.

Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.

Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
