Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Quality / QA
• Graduation is mandatory
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, or emails as per process requirements.
• Identify quality gaps and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company and client guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports.
• Participate in calibration sessions with operations.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Support training requirements by highlighting quality gaps.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Analyst who can effectively monitor process performance, identify gaps, and contribute towards improving overall customer experience and process quality.

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
