Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage day-to-day logistics and transportation activities.

Coordinate the movement of IT assets and other goods between office, warehouse, vendors, and customers.

Building new relationship ( MOU, from new logistics companies , freight forwarding companies in various global market like USA, UAE, Europe, UK, Australia etc.

Good communication in English skills both locally and international.

Plan and coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with transporters, courier companies, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

Prepare and maintain logistics-related documents and records.

Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Warehouse, Purchase, Finance, and Operations for smooth logistics operations.

Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to concerned teams.

Handle issues related to delays, damaged goods, missing documents, and delivery discrepancies.

Maintain proper records of transportation, shipments, delivery challans, invoices, and other relevant documents.

Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for quotations, transportation requirements, and service-related issues.

Assist in controlling and monitoring logistics and transportation costs.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable logistics requirements.

Support international shipment and export-related logistics activities whenever required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree / Master's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations coordination.

Good understanding of logistics and shipment processes.

Experience coordinating with transporters, courier partners, or freight forwarders.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple shipments and tasks simultaneously.

Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Knowledge of import/export and customs processes will be an added advantage.
