Position

Real Estate Advisor

We are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in building a career in real estate sales. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Responsibilities

• Understand and explain our real estate projects to customers.
• Generate leads through calls, social media, references and personal networking.
• Communicate with prospective buyers and investors.
• Arrange and attend property/site visits with interested clients.
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Work towards achieving individual sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Hindi communication is required; basic English is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Sales or real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome.

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary. Advisors earn commission based on successful property sales.
