Shri Shyam Ji Properties ko apne real estate business ke expansion ke liye ek energetic aur goal-oriented Sales Executive / Field Sales / Telecalling Specialist ki zaroorat hai. Agar aapke paas achhi communication skills hain aur aap client dealing me proficient hain, toh yeh opportunity aapke liye hai.

Key Responsibilities

Potential buyers ko plots, residential ya commercial properties ke details samjhana.

Incoming leads ko call karna aur unke sath timely follow-ups lena.

Clients ke sath site visits coordinate aur conduct karna.

Deals close karna aur buyers ke documentation/query solve karne me madad karna.

Market me real estate trends aur inventory ki update rakhna.

Requirements

Education

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

Experience

Real Estate me 6 mahine se 2 saal ka experience (Freshers with strong sales interest can also apply).

Skills

Strong Hindi/English communication, customer convincing ability, basic negotiation skills.

Other

Two-wheeler aur valid driving license hona beneficial rahega (site visit ke liye).
