Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA in Retail, Sales, Operations or relevant discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as an Area Sales / Retail Manager in Apparel, Footwear, Spectacles or related retail businesses.
- Strong experience managing 7 to 10+ COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) stores.
- Experience managing sales, profitability, team performance and store operations across multiple locations.
- Strong experience in training and motivating store teams to achieve business targets.
- Experience in store-level recruitment and team management.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- High willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory, approximately 12 to 15 days per month.
