About the Role

CEECO International is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Tele caller to handle customer calls, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services and respond to customer queries.
• Generate and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
• Follow up with customers to support conversions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Customer-focused with good convincing and follow-up skills.

Languages Required

Kannada English and Hindi

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
