We are hiring Advisors for our International BPO process. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, understanding customer requirements, providing suitable solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Understand customer queries, requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.

Explain products, services, and offers clearly to customers.

Identify sales and upselling opportunities and achieve assigned targets.

Build positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle customer concerns and resolve queries effectively.

Follow process guidelines, company policies, and quality standards.

Maintain accurate customer information and call-related records.

Achieve individual and team performance targets.

Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.
