Job Summary

We are hiring a Marketing Executive to handle field marketing, community outreach, camp coordination, and local branding activities to increase center footfall. Candidates with experience in eye hospital / healthcare marketing are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and build local network
• Meet schools, colleges, companies, and referral doctors
• Organize medical camps and awareness programs
• Plan and execute local marketing activities
• Increase OPD footfall through continuous outreach
• Maintain daily marketing visit reports
• Support branch in promotional events and activities

Requirements

• FRESHERS – 2 years experience in field marketing
• Experience in healthcare/eye hospital preferred
• Any degree
• Good communication \& networking skills
• Ability to travel locally
• Basic Excel reporting ability

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

• Performance incentives (if applicable)

• Tamil – Mandatory
• English – Preferred

• 6 days working
• Flexible field timings
