Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the fashion store.
• Handle store opening and closing procedures.
• Manage inventory, stock checking, and stock records.
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of merchandise.
• Supervise and coordinate with store staff.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor sales and achieve store targets.
• Maintain billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with management regarding stock requirements and store operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper store presentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in retail/fashion store operations preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and billing.
• Responsible, organized, and able to manage a team.
• Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
