About the role

SHAZES is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead expansion for Flyira across assigned markets. The role supports distributor development, retail execution and institutional supply growth.

Key responsibilities

Develop regional sales plans and achieve growth targets.

Recruit, guide and review distributor and field-sales performance.

Expand retail, wholesale and institutional coverage.

Track secondary sales, collections, stock movement and market insights.

Build partnerships with schools, hospitals, NGOs, workplaces and channel partners.

What we are looking for

Leadership, planning and strong commercial communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple territories and travel when required.

Experience in FMCG, hygiene, distribution or B2B sales is an advantage.
