Business Development Manager – Non-IT Staffing

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our Non-IT staffing business in the USA. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the U.S. staffing market, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with clients and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and develop new clients across Non-IT industries such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Construction, Retail, Hospitality, and Administrative services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and market research.

Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates.

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, pricing, and staffing agreements.

Maintain accurate sales pipelines, client information, and activity reports.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and business development targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging staffing opportunities.

Requirements

8-10+ years of experience in U.S. staffing/business development, preferably Non-IT staffing.

Strong knowledge of U.S. staffing practices and client acquisition.

Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Pay

₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
