About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage the movement of goods from our facility to customers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule dispatches in coordination with production and sales teams.

Arrange transportation (trucks, couriers, containers) as per delivery requirements.

Prepare invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and shipping documents.

Verify product codes, quantities, and weights before dispatch.

Track shipments and update clients on delivery timelines.

Resolve transport delays or shortages quickly.

Maintain dispatch records and proof of delivery for audit purposes.

Required Skills

Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.

Strong documentation and record‑keeping ability.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.

Basic computer skills (Excel, ERP, dispatch software).

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce/Logistics).

1–3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics operations.

Familiarity with local and national transport regulations is an advantage.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
