Co-Design is a growing interior design studio in Hyderabad, delivering residential and commercial interior projects. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Junior Accounts professional to support our purchase order, vendor billing, and accounts payable processes.

Role Overview

The Junior Purchase Order / Accounts Payable Clerk will assist with purchase orders, vendor invoices, payment documentation, and basic accounting activities. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training and mentorship, making it ideal for candidates looking to build a career in accounts and finance.

Responsibilities

Raise and track purchase orders against approved requisitions

Match purchase orders, goods receipts, and vendor invoices

Verify invoices and flag discrepancies for resolution

Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and on time

Maintain updated vendor records and documentation

Follow up with vendors regarding invoices and billing queries

Organize procurement and payment documents for easy tracking and audits

Assist with basic reconciliations and month-end accounting activities

Coordinate with procurement and internal teams for smooth payment processing

Required Skills

Good understanding of basic accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Willingness to learn accounting/ERP software such as Tally or QuickBooks

Good communication and coordination skills

Organized, methodical, and reliable approach to work

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

0–2 years of experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or a similar role

Freshers are welcome

Basic knowledge of GST is an advantage

Internship or hands-on experience in invoicing/accounts is a plus

Willing to work on-site at Kompally, Hyderabad

Compensation

2,40,000 – 2,80,000 per year

Pay

₹240,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
