Role

We’re looking for a result-driven inside sales representative to handle real estate leads, engage with prospective buyers, schedule site visits, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound & outbound calls and generate qualified leads.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.

Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

Maintain lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Achieve monthly calling, visit, and sales targets.

Requirements

6 months–1 year experience in real estate/inside sales.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

Target-orientated and self-motivated.

Hyderabad real estate knowledge is a plus.

Immediate joiners preferred.
