Inside Sales Executive – Hospitality

Experience

1–3 Years | Hotel Sales / Reservations / Tele-Sales

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls, enquiries and leads for hotel/resort bookings.

Understand guest requirements and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.

Prepare and share quotations and booking details.

Coordinate with hotel properties for availability, rates and guest requirements.

Upsell rooms, packages, F&B, activities and event services.

Maintain lead and follow-up records and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

English and Kannada are mandatory.

Strong sales and follow-up skills.

Hotel/resort sales or reservations experience preferred.

Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
