Business Development Executive – Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with potential customers, conducting follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and engage with potential customers to understand their requirements.

Explain our managed farmland projects, features, pricing, and investment details.

Coordinate and conduct property/site visits with interested customers.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information throughout the sales process.

Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.

Maintain accurate customer details, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth lead handling and customer experience.

Travel locally when required for site visits and customer meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.

Real estate sales experience will be an advantage.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

Confident in handling customer calls and face-to-face meetings.

Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.

Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales are also welcome.

Pay

₹11,598.25 - ₹30,976.76 per month
