Operation Executive

Handle day-to-day office and production operations.

Coordinate with staff, workers, vendors, and clients.

Maintain records of orders, production, dispatch, and deliveries.

Follow up on orders and ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with the sampling, designing, stitching, and finishing teams.

Prepare and maintain daily work reports.

Check stock, materials, and production requirements.

Coordinate courier and transport arrangements.

Handle basic documentation and data entry.

Resolve day-to-day operational issues and report them to management.

Ensure work is completed according to company requirements and deadlines.
