Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be organized, punctual, and willing to handle various administrative and office support tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain daily office operations.

Purchase and maintain office stationery and pantry supplies.

Handle courier dispatches and collect incoming parcels/documents.

Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and document organization.

Ensure office premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Support staff with basic office-related tasks as required.

Coordinate with vendors for office requirements.

Monitor stock levels of office supplies and report replenishment needs.

Serve tea, coffee, or refreshments for employees and visitors when required.

Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

Minimum qualification

Plus Two (Higher Secondary).

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Basic reading and writing skills in English and Malayalam.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Honest, punctual, and responsible with a positive attitude.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

License required
