About this job
  • Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers.
  • Explain the company’s products and services clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales or appointments
  • Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: +2 / Graduate.
  • Excellent verbal communication in \[English/Malayalam— adjust as needed].
  • Good listening and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
