Telemarketing Executive

Job Summary

Aquaneeta Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our Sales \& Business Development Team.

The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, outbound calling, handling digital marketing leads, customer follow-ups, appointment coordination, and sales conversion.

This is a performance-driven role with an attractive incentive opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle and follow up on leads received through digital marketing campaigns, social media, website enquiries, and other sources.
• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable Aquaneeta products and solutions.
• Qualify leads based on customer interest, requirement, location, and potential.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers to improve lead conversion.
• Convert enquiries into qualified sales opportunities.
• Schedule customer appointments, demonstrations, and sales visits.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Team regarding incoming leads, lead quality, campaign responses, and conversion status.
• Provide regular feedback to the Digital Marketing Team on customer responses, common enquiries, objections, and lead quality.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for further customer follow-up and conversion.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
• Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
• Strong follow-up ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to maintain lead and customer data accurately.
• Willingness to work with sales and digital marketing teams.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in telecalling, telemarketing, telesales, customer service, lead generation, or inside sales is an advantage.
