Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Website Consultant to join our team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in the field of web development and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their website needs and goals, ensuring you can provide tailored solutions. This involves listening and asking relevant questions to gather complete information.
- Website Analysis: Evaluate existing websites for usability, design, and performance. Provide insights and suggestions for improvements based on best practices and user experience principles.
- Content Management: Assist clients in updating and managing their website content, ensuring it is current, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
- Technical Support: Respond to client inquiries regarding website functionalities and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring timely resolutions to maintain client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor websites to help clients stay ahead in their market. This involves analyzing various aspects like design, features, and user engagement.
