Job Title : International Telesales

Job Location: Park street, Kolkata

Salary : 25000-35000 (plus incentives)

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential domestic clients through calls and follow-ups.
• Promote and sell services such as Website Development, SEO, SMO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and other Digital Marketing Services.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable service packages.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales updates.
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of clients.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Tele Sales / Sales / Digital Marketing Sales preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and Bengali.
• Ability to handle domestic sales calls professionally.
• Target-oriented mindset with a focus on conversions.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an added advantage.
• Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection required.
