We are hiring Customer Services Associate – Voice Process candidate.

- 6 days a week, 1 rotational week off
Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls, message & E-mail and provide accurate information.
Clarify customer queries and determine appropriate solutions.
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department when needed.
Complete transactions and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
UG Can apply / Any Graduate can apply.
Excellent Verbal Communication in English, Hindi & Bangali.
Regional language proficiency preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools.
