Job Overview

Chate Homeopathy Clinic is looking for a friendly, confident, and patient-focused Telecaller to join our team. The role involves communicating with patients over the phone, managing follow-ups, confirming appointments, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring patients receive timely assistance and support throughout their clinic journey.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to patients for consultation and treatment follow-ups.

Contact patients to confirm upcoming appointments and provide timely reminders.

Follow up with patients who have missed their scheduled appointments and assist with rescheduling.

Handle patient inquiries related to appointments, doctor availability, clinic services, and general procedures.

Communicate with patients regarding their scheduled follow-up visits and clinic instructions.

Maintain clear and accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments, and patient responses.

Update patient details and interaction records in the clinic management system.

Coordinate with doctors and the front desk team regarding patient appointments and follow-up requirements.

Listen to patient concerns and ensure relevant issues are communicated to the appropriate team.

Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic approach during every patient interaction.

Build and maintain positive relationships with patients through regular and effective communication.

Complete assigned daily calling and follow-up activities within the required timelines.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, patient coordination, or healthcare will be an added advantage.

Skills & Requirements

Good verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and/or English.

Confident and comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.

Pleasant, polite, and patient-friendly personality.

Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle patient queries professionally.

Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.

Good follow-up and coordination abilities.

Strong attention to detail while maintaining patient records.

Ability to manage daily calling activities and work within timelines.

Professional, responsible, and service-oriented approach.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
