Experience

0-5 years

Key Responsibilities

Performing blood grouping and Rh typing, crossmatching , antibody titer .

Blood stock management.

Co Ordinating with Other blood bank in maintaining the critical stock of blood units.

Communicating with the bed Side staff in providing the blood transfusion service.

Ensuring documentation of blood centre process.

Ensuring filing of credit bills of blood products procured from outside blood bank to our blood storage centre.

Ensuing return of blood transfusion feedback form along with the blood bags.

Performing blood transfusion reaction workup and reporting it to technical Supervisor
