Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, rolling out offer letters, and coordinating orientation for new hires.
- HR Administration
- Maintain electronic employee files, update HR databases, and track attendance or leave records in the HR software system.
- Employee Support
- Act as a first point of contact for routine HR queries from staff regarding policies, benefits, or general information.
- Learning & Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal training sessions, and team-building events.
- Documentation
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports, absence logs, and compliance documents under supervision.
