Apprenticeship for MBA HR -AINU

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment \& Onboarding: Assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, rolling out offer letters, and coordinating orientation for new hires.
• HR Administration: Maintain electronic employee files, update HR databases, and track attendance or leave records in the HR software system.
• Employee Support: Act as a first point of contact for routine HR queries from staff regarding policies, benefits, or general information.
• Learning \& Engagement: Support employee engagement initiatives, internal training sessions, and team-building events.
• Documentation: Prepare periodic recruitment reports, absence logs, and compliance documents under supervision.

Pay

₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
