Set up, manage, and operate the tandoor clay oven safely and maintain proper cooking temperatures.
Marinate meats, seafood, and vegetables; portion ingredients; and bake items like naan, rotis, and kebabs.
Complete daily pre-service prep work, stock raw materials, and handle station handovers during shift changes.
