About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Professional to join our team at Dot Media. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 year of relevant experience in HR Operations and should be well-versed in day-to-day HR processes, employee documentation, payroll coordination, onboarding, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day HR Operations and administrative activities.

Coordinate and support monthly payroll processing and related activities.

Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.

Maintain accurate and updated employee records, HR documents, and databases.

Handle HR documentation and ensure proper maintenance of employee files.

Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.

Address employee queries and assist with grievance handling and resolution.

Coordinate with employees and internal teams for smooth execution of HR processes.

Ensure timely completion of HR-related documentation and compliance requirements.

Provide operational support to the HR team as required.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations is mandatory.

Good understanding of HR processes, payroll coordination, onboarding, and documentation.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and other HR tools.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
