Your responsibilities will include managing inventory levels, processing online orders efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors. Duties/Responsibilities: Inventory Management • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand • Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy. • Implement and optimize inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies Order Processing • Process online orders promptly and accurately using our inventory management system. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment. • Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and effective manner. Vendor Management • Collaborate with vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure timely deliveries. • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate terms for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications: • At least 1 year of Previous operations experience required. • Proven experience in inventory management, order processing, and vendor management. • Decision making and delivering results. • Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is a must
