Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking and cash-related queries.

Communicate with customers regarding cash transactions, cash-related requests, and operational queries.

Coordinate with the concerned banking/operations team for resolution of customer queries.

Maintain proper records of calls, requests, and follow-ups.

Ensure timely follow-up and provide accurate information to customers.

Handle customer communication professionally and maintain service quality.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, banking operations, or a similar role.

Candidates with calling experience will be preferred.

Good verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of banking processes and cash transactions.

Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.

Candidates should be comfortable working in an third-party payroll setup.

Location

Candidate should be comfortable commuting to Sion East, Mumbai.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
