Business Operations & Client Success Executive

We are looking for a dynamic MBA graduate with exceptional English communication skills to act as a bridge between management, technical teams (tech/marketing), and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Review and coordinate the outputs of web developers and digital marketers, comparing them against industry benchmarks and company goals.

Supervise Zoho One implementation documents, forms, and workflow structures for accuracy.

Handle inbound marketing responses, conduct professional discovery calls/initial client interactions, and manage lead pipelines.

Prepare business reports, document processes, and ensure seamless daily operational execution.

Requirements

MBA in Marketing, Operations, or International Business (Freshers with exceptional communication or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience can apply).

Flawless written and spoken English with confident phone/client interaction skills.

Sharp analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns and tech deliverables.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
