Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills, good knowledge of data handling, and the ability to provide professional customer and communication support.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Provide clear, professional, and timely responses to customer queries.

Maintain and update customer-related data accurately.

Handle data entry, documentation, records, and reports.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Follow up with customers and ensure timely issue resolution.

Maintain customer information and update records in company systems.

Communicate customer requirements and concerns to the relevant teams.

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly customer support reports.

Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Client Coordination.

Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of data-related work, data entry, and documentation.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Professional attitude and attention to detail.
