We are looking for a smart and friendly Front Desk Executive to manage guest check-in, check-out, and daily hotel operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests
Handle check-in & check-out process
Answer phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries
Manage room bookings and availability
Coordinate with housekeeping team
Maintain basic records and billing
Requirements
Basic English communication
Computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel)
Polite and professional behavior
Freshers can apply
Preferred
Experience in hotel/reception is a plus
