Requirement
Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred)
Fresher or Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital front office.
Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
Prior experience in hospital/diagnostic centre preferred
Ability to handle patients politely and efficiently
Responsibility
Handling patient registration and appointment scheduling
Managing front desk operations and patient flow
Answering calls and guiding patients .
Coordinating with doctors and technicians
Maintaining patient records and billing entries
Ensuring a smooth and professional patient experience
