Job Summary

New Hope IVF & Fertility Center is looking for a professional and patient-friendly Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide excellent support to patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations and patient enquiries.

Handle patient registration, appointments, and follow-ups.

Attend incoming calls and respond to patient queries.

Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.

Maintain patient records and documentation.

Manage walk-in patients and guide them regarding the required services.

Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

Handle basic administrative and front-office activities.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in front office, hospital, clinic, IVF, or healthcare industry preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Good organizational and coordination skills.

Professional, polite, and patient-friendly approach.

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
