About the Role

B.L. Tandon & Co. is seeking an experienced Accounts & Billing Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, sales/purchase documentation, and stock inventory for our electrical distribution office in Nadarganj, Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Purchase Voucher Entry: Manage daily sales invoices, purchase entries, and voucher entries using TallyPrime.

Inventory & Stock Management

Track inward/outward stock movement, record inventory levels for electrical goods, and maintain stock registers.

Billing & E-Way Bills

Generate GST invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills accurately.

Ledger Management

Maintain customer and vendor ledgers, track outstanding payments, and record daily expenses.

Reporting

Prepare daily and monthly sales, purchase, and stock summary reports for management.

(Note: Bank Reconciliation work is excluded from this role).

Eligibility & Requirements

TallyPrime Proficiency (Mandatory): Hands-on working experience in TallyPrime is strictly required.

Minimum Experience

At least 2 years of continuous hands-on experience in accounting and billing.

Industry Background (Mandatory): Prior work experience in the Electrical / Electrical Distribution field is required.

Education

Graduate (B.Com preferred) or relevant accounting diploma.

Computer Skills

TallyPrime, MS Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, filters), and MS Word.

Location

Candidates residing near or easily accessible to Nadarganj, Lucknow.
