- Sample Collection
- Perform blood draws (phlebotomy) and collect urine or tissue samples safely.
- Lab Testing
- Run routine tests across Hematology, Biochemistry, and Microbiology using automated analyzers.
- Equipment & Safety
- Calibrate lab machinery, maintain clean work areas, and manage biomedical waste disposal.
- Reporting
- Log diagnostic data and enter accurate test results into the hospital or lab software system.
Key Requirements
- Education
- DMLT (Diploma) or B.Sc. MLT (Bachelor in Medical Lab Technology).
- Skills
- Hands-on phlebotomy skills, familiarity with modern lab analyzers, and basic software skills.
