Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day purchase and procurement activities.

Source materials and coordinate with vendors.

Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.

Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.

Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and material availability.

Coordinate with Stores, Production, Design, QA/QC, and Accounts.

Handle vendor issues related to quality, delivery, and shortages.

Maintain vendor database and purchase MIS.

Required Skills

Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Knowledge of electrical/industrial materials preferred.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP.

Experience in manufacturing/panel industry will be an advantage.
