Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and motivate Sales Executives to achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor enquiries, leads, follow-ups, test drives, bookings and deliveries.
• Allocate leads and ensure timely customer follow-up.
• Support the team in negotiations and deal closures.
• Conduct daily team briefings and review individual/team performance.
• Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques and dealership processes.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, CRM and Delivery teams.
• Handle customer escalations and improve customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS and performance reports.
• Ensure adherence to dealership processes, OEM standards and documentation requirements

Pay

₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
