Sales Team Leader (Travel / Tourism)

• Lead Generation: Find new prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Package Customization: Design tailored travel itineraries, flights, and accommodation packages that match client budgets and preferences.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and annual domestic or international sales quotas.
• Client Relations: Handle inquiries, resolve booking issues, and provide great customer service before and during the trip.
• Vendor Coordination: Partner with hotels, airlines, and local tour operators to secure competitive group or individual rates.
• Market Research: Track competitor pricing, emerging travel trends, and seasonal demands to adjust sales strategies.
• Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, travel exhibitions, and promotional sales events.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in travel sales, hospitality, or general B2B/B2C sales.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for persuasive pitching and client interactions.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and global distribution systems (GDS).
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, time management, and target-driven persistence.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
