Job Purpose

We are looking for a Tamil-speaking Caller who can communicate effectively with customers in Tamil, make outbound calls, understand customer requirements, generate enquiries/leads and maintain regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers in Tamil language.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide basic product/service information.
• Generate leads and enquiries through telephone calls.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers.
• Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
• Update customer information in ERP/CRM/Google Sheet.
• Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales Team.
• Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly calling reports.

Required Skills

• Fluent Tamil speaking is mandatory.
• Basic Hindi communication preferred.
• Basic English knowledge will be an advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and Google Sheets/ERP.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Telecalling, customer support or sales experience will be an advantage.

Experience

0–2 years in Telecalling / Customer Support / Sales.

Salary

₹10,000 per month + Performance-based Incentive
