JOB OPPORTUNITY: Business Development Executive (Vadodara)

Job Brief

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with experience in IT services to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote IT services (Web \& Mobile Application Development, UI/UX, Digital Marketing)
• Lead generation via LinkedIn, Freelancing Platforms, cold outreach, and referrals
• Handle client communication and requirement discussions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science / IT or MBA
• 2+ years of proven experience in IT business development or service-based roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience handling International clients
• Target-driven, confident, and adaptable
