Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals and client meetings.

Acquire new clients and build long-term relationships.

Promote company products and services including Demat Accounts, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance and other financial solutions.

Follow up with leads and maintain regular client engagement.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities in CRM.

Achieve monthly business targets and revenue goals.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service support.

Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities and business development initiatives.

Provide excellent customer service and relationship management.

Desired Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.

Strong relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Knowledge of financial products will be an added advantage.

Basic computer and internet proficiency.

Eligibility

Graduate / Post Graduate.

MBA, PGDM, BBA, B.Com, BMS candidates preferred.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Experienced candidates from Banking, Insurance, Mutual Fund, Stock Market, Financial Services, Telecom, Real Estate and Retail Sales are welcome.
